The promoters of the firm are Mr. Lalit Mishra & Mr. Aman Kr Mishra.

      Mr. Lalit Mishra is a Senior Advocate by profession having immense experience of 2 decades in the field of Corporate Legal Advisory. Currently he is member of Bar Council of India and High Court of Delhi.

      Mr. Aman is a young fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also an Associate member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is actively serving his profession since 2008.
